Turnips with honey and zaatar

France's recipe: great as a side, can be eaten hot or cold.
Ingredients
- 1 turnip
- Honey
- Zaatar
- Flake salt optional
Instructions
- Boil or steam the turnip until it is cooked through.
- Roughly peel the turnip and slice it.
- Add a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and add the turnip slices. Fry them until they are golden on both sides.
- Place the slices on a big plate, drizzle with honey, top with the salt and a generous amount of zaatar.
