Overnight oats

Ingredients

  • Oats
  • Oat milk or cow milk
  • Honey (to taste)
  • Seeds optional
  • Yoghurt optional
  • Fresh fruits optional
  • Jam optional

Instructions

  1. Add the oats in a sealed jar or tupperware,
  2. Pour enough milk to just cover the oats. Add honey (to taste) and mix well.
  3. Close the jar and store in the fridge overnight for the oats to soften.
  4. In the morning, make a bowl of overnight oats with more milk and/or yoghurt. Add some seeds, jam or freshly cut fruits.
