Instructions
- Add the oats in a sealed jar or tupperware,
- Pour enough milk to just cover the oats. Add honey (to taste) and mix well.
- Close the jar and store in the fridge overnight for the oats to soften.
- In the morning, make a bowl of overnight oats with more milk and/or yoghurt. Add some seeds, jam or freshly cut fruits.

Tip: Overnight oats are the perfect make-ahead breakfast. You can prepare them in advance and keep them up to five days in the fridge.
