Miso butter

  • 6 tbsp butter, cut into pieces (at room temperature)
  • 3 tbsp miso
  • 1.5 tbsp heavy cream or milkoptional


  1. Homogeneously mix the butter and miso.
  2. Optionally whip in cream or milk. You can add a teaspoon at a time until the desired texture is achieved.
