Miso butter

Ingredients
- 6 tbsp butter, cut into pieces (at room temperature)
- 3 tbsp miso
- 1.5 tbsp heavy cream or milk optional
Instructions
- Homogeneously mix the butter and miso.
- Optionally whip in cream or milk. You can add a teaspoon at a time until the desired texture is achieved.
