The perfect way to use leftover potatoes.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes (cold)
  • Yoghurt
  • Mustard
  • Salt
  • Garlic (cut small) optional
  • Onion (cut small) optional
  • Pickles (diced) optional

Instructions

  1. In a salad bowl, mix the yoghurt, mustard, and salt (to taste).
  2. Peel the potatoes, slice them, and add them to the mix.
  3. You can also add garlic, onion, and pickles to the salad.
