Ingredients
- 1 kg nettle, roughly cut
- 10 L water
Instructions
Preparation
- Mix everyting in a big pot, cover and let it ferment for 1–2 weeks in a dark room.
- Make sure to stir the mix every two days.
- The fermentation should be done once there is no more bubbles forming.
- Filter and store it for up to one month, in a dark cold room.
Use
- Before planting: Mix 1 part nettle slurry with 4 parts water. Submerge your seedlings roots in this mixture for 15–30 minutes before planting.
- For growth: Mix 1 part nettle slurry with 10 parts water. Make sure to water your plants normally first, before watering them with this mix. You can use this mix every two weeks.
