Ingredients

For 1 baking tray

  • 400 g oat flakes
  • 170 g nuts and seeds mix
  • 170 g honey
  • 70 g neutral oil
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. In a big bowl, mix the oat flakes, nuts, seeds, and salt.
  2. Add the honey, oil, and mix well.
  3. Place the granola on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press it down, so that it forms a compact rectangle.
  4. Bake for 15–25 minutes at 100 °C. Do not stir the granola if you want to have big chunks. Keep a close eye (and nose) on it to avoid burning the granola. The edges should be brown, and the top homogenously golden.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool completely to room temperature without stirring.
