Fennel salad

Ingredients
- 1–2 fennel bulbs, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamico vinegar (or replace half with apple cider vinegar)
- 1 apple, thinly sliced optional
- 1 tsp honey optional
- Salt and pepper optional
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl.
- Thinly slice the fennel bulbs and apple. Add to the bowl and mix.
