Fennel salad

Ingredients

  • 1–2 fennel bulbs, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamico vinegar (or replace half with apple cider vinegar)
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced optional
  • 1 tsp honey optional
  • Salt and pepper optional

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl.
  2. Thinly slice the fennel bulbs and apple. Add to the bowl and mix.
