Ingredients
- Old bread
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- Dried herbs (e.g. rosmarin) optional
Instructions
- Preheat your oven at 200 °C.
- Dice your bread into cubes of about 1–2 cm.
- Mix them with the olive oil, salt, garlic and herbs.
- Cook the mix in the oven for about 15 minutes or until golden-brown.
