Croûtons

Ingredients

  • Old bread
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • Dried herbs (e.g. rosmarin) optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven at 200 °C.
  2. Dice your bread into cubes of about 1–2 cm.
  3. Mix them with the olive oil, salt, garlic and herbs.
  4. Cook the mix in the oven for about 15 minutes or until golden-brown.
