Valentin brought this simple salad for an apéro, and I have been once again amazed by the potential of cabbage.
Ingredients
- 1 white cabbage (about 500 g)
- 3 garlic cloves, pressed
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar (or cider vinegar)
- 0.5 cube vegetable broth
- 2 pinches chili powder
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a salad bowl (except for the cabbage), and mix thoroughly to incorporate everyting.
- Thinly slice the cabbage and add it to the bowl.
- Serve cold.
