Grilled cheese kimchi

  • kimchi
  • bread
  • cheese (that melts well), grated


  1. Add your bread slices in a hot pan. On the side, stir the kimchi in a bit of butter or oil.
  2. After one minute, turn over one slice of bread, add the grated cheese on top of it. Top with the hot kimchi. Close with the other slice of bread.
  3. Leave for a few minutes and turn over the entire thing for a couple more minutes.
