Beetroot dip

Ingredients

  • Beetroots
  • Tahini
  • Lemon
  • Garlicoptional
  • Olive oiloptional

Instructions

  1. Cut off head and tails of beetroots. Steam them until completely cooked, set the flavored water aside.
  2. Blend everything until smooth, add a bit of the water if necessary. Add tahini and lemon juice to taste.
  3. Optional: add thinly cut garlic and a dash of olive oil to the mix.
  4. Refrigerate.
