Beetroot dip

Ingredients
- Beetroots
- Tahini
- Lemon
- Garlic optional
- Olive oil optional
Instructions
- Cut off head and tails of beetroots. Steam them until completely cooked, set the flavored water aside.
- Blend everything until smooth, add a bit of the water if necessary. Add tahini and lemon juice to taste.
- Optional: add thinly cut garlic and a dash of olive oil to the mix.
- Refrigerate.
